Westinspect Eubank Inspections provides independent professional services for any person or business involved with real estate. This means that Westinspect is not controlled by or affiliated with any real estate agency, lending company, Realtor association, investor, buyer, or seller.  Westinspect will not modify or omit information in order to influence any person or company.  This independence results in an unbiased, accurate report of the property's condition on the date of inspection.

Westinspect does have a professional affiliation with three groups.  I am certified by and a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).  This national association of over 8,000 members provides training, marketing, and networking opportunities.  As with any large organization, there will be some activities that I support and some that I do not support.

I am a participating member of ASTM International.  This global association develops international standards for many segments of business and government.  I participate in Committee E50 and subcommittee E50.02.

I also have a cooperative inspection agreement with NeighborWorks® of Pueblo.   I provide health-safety and overall property inspections for NeighborWorks® clients who are buying a home.  NeighborWorks® is a non-profit organization whose mission is to revitalize neighborhoods and promote affordable housing.

Marketing materials from Westinspect are directed toward three segments of the general community:  buyers, sellers, and lenders.  These marketing items are distributed to make a wide group of people aware of the various services offered by Westinspect.  If a person or company receives marketing information, that does not imply any preferred status.
