All of my property inspection services are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with my services, please let me know. I will answer all of your questions about the inspection to the best of my ability. I will re-inspect your property, or any system within the property, within 60 days of the original inspection. A mileage charge may apply for this or any other re-inspection. After the re-inspection, if your questions are still not answered to your satisfaction, I will gladly contact a mediator, such as the Better Business Bureau. If you choose to make a more formal complaint or claim, be sure to do so in writing within 14 days of discovery. You will also need to provide me with access to the property so I can re-inspect your concern. Your signed Inspection Agreement also describes liability and claims. My goal is your complete satisfaction.
