RECOURSE POLICY
All of my property inspection services are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with my services, please let me know. I will answer all of your questions about the inspection to the best of my ability. I will re-inspect your property, or any system within the property, within 45 days of the original inspection (mileage charge may apply). After the re-inspection, if your questions are still not answered to your satisfaction, I will gladly contact a mediator. If you choose to make a more formal complaint or claim, be sure to do so in writing to the address given on the Contact Information page, within 14 days of discovery. You will also need to provide me with access to the property so I can re-inspect your concern. My goal is your complete satisfaction.
