CONSTRUCTION DRAW/PHASE INSPECTIONS

If you are having a house built, you'll need a series of inspections along the way.  Draw/Phase inspections focus on the systems as they are built or installed.  This provides a good way to control cost overruns and to avoid surprises at possession of the house.  A written proposal will be made to determine the number of inspections you require.

Draw/Phase inspections are not the same as building code inspections. A typical building code inspector spends 15 minutes or less at a property when he or she visits. The building code inspector focuses on code compliance, which is often the minimum acceptable standard.

Your Draw/Phase inspection will include the entire structure at each visit, with particular attention paid to the progress that has been made since the last visit. I will remain on-site as long as needed to provide an accurate inspection.
