Local Home Inspections include one optional return visit within 60 days. If I find something that needs to be repaired, and it gets repaired, you can ask me to return for that specific item or items.
Some restrictions apply. If your property is located outside my local service area, then a mileage fee will be charged. Commercial Inspections are not eligible for a free re-inspection. After 60 days, regular prices apply for all re-inspections.
