RE-INSPECTION

Preferred and Standard inspections include one optional return visit within 60 days.  If we have found something that needs to be repaired, and it gets repaired, you can ask me to return for that specific item or items.

Some restrictions apply. If your property is located outside my local service area, then a mileage fee will be charged. If your original inspection was discounted as part of a repeat customer program, then there will be a small additional fee for re-inspection. If your original inspection was arranged through NeighborWorks of Pueblo, then NeighborWorks will provide a re-inspection if needed.  After 60 days, regular prices apply for all re-inspections.
