You will be responsible for the inspector's transportation from your nearest commercial airport to the inspection site, or to nearby accommodations. You are not responsible to pay for accommodations.

The inspector will bring all needed tools, except for a ladder. If roofs or other areas cannot be inspected from the ground, you will be responsible to provide a safe, solidly-constructed ladder or scaffolding. The inspector reserves the right to decline use of unsafe ladders or scaffolding.
